My Kempt Life journey begins with struggling to maintain healthy hair while swimming. I’m no stranger to the havoc the pool can unleash on our hair. I’ve been battling swimming pools since the fourth grade, trying tips and tricks that never worked. The Kempt Life brand begins with giving you the freedom to take ownership of your wellness journey and slay while you do, both in and out of the pool. Oh, and we’re working on fixing that pool hair situation for ya.
